Orders are processed from Milan, Italy, from Monday through Friday. Orders are processed the day following the order date. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday. Once the order is handed to the courier, customers receive a notification email providing tracking information.

Orders from non-EU countries may be subject to the payment of taxes and customs duties, which will be requested by the courier upon delivery; these costs are decided by the destination country and totally beyond our control.
Delivery times in periods of particular work flow (Black Friday week, Christmas ..), may be longer. We recommend ordering in advance.
Funky cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond Funky's control.
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are requested to inspect the package carefully before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Funky's parcels are carefully sealed.
If the package appears to have been tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt of the package with reserve or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is required to open a complaint file with the relevant courier office and promptly contact Funky at the e-mail address info@funkysnowboards.com
In the event of a tampered package, if the customer does not sign the receipt with reserve, the delivery is considered automatically accepted and consequently any complaints will not be accepted.
By placing an order, all customers establish a commercial relationship with Funky and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect / incomplete telephone number, incorrect / incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender Funky in Italy at customer's charge. The costs charged to the customer include shipping costs and any customs duties. These charges will be deducted from the refund due.
