Returns and/or exchanges of products are possible within 20 days from the delivery date of the order.

Return and Exchange Policy

It is essential that products subject to exchange or return are in new/unused condition with original packaging and tags; otherwise, the exchange or return will not be possible.

Only defective products can be returned after use or without tags. (For defective product returns, please refer to our warranty section).

How to request a return/exchange:
1. Log in to funkysnowboards.com
2. Select your order
3. Click on ‘request return’
4. Select the product to return
5. In the ‘Note’ section, write the product you want to exchange it for*
6. Confirm ‘request return’

We will receive your request, and once approved, you will receive a new email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.

*If you have selected items for exchange, they will be shipped after we receive the return.

It is the customer's responsibility to properly package the items to ensure Funky receives them in perfect condition.

Shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Funky will not be liable for lost packages or those delivered without proper identification.

Once the package arrives at our facility, our staff will check the product’s condition: if the refund is applicable, Funky will process the refund through the payment platform used by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the return.

If you wish to make a return, please note that for returns from non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, and in case of non-payment, the package will be returned to the sender.
